Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or Controls Engineering.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in the design, analysis, or testing of 12V/48V electrical systems or components.
  • Proficiency in Synopsys Saber Simulator, MAST modeling language, and electrical data analysis tools, including MATLAB, Simulink, and Simscape.
  • Experience developing models for Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) simulations.
  • Experience with Functional Mockup Units (FMUs) and co-simulation.
  • Hands-on experience with Charge Balance, Fail-Operational, Bus Integrity, Short Circuit, and other 12V/48V component-sizing simulations.
  • Strong foundation in:
    • Electric circuit analysis and electronics.
    • Electromagnetics and electric drive systems.
    • Control systems and digital signal processing.
  • Experience in analytical modeling of:
    • Electric generators and batteries.
    • Heating and cooling systems.
    • Lighting systems.
    • Electronic controllers.
