Role Overview

We are seeking a strong Data Solution Architect / Solution Architect with 15+ years of IT experience to lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise data platforms and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have strong Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience along with Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences domain expertise. Candidates should have significant experience with IT Services/Consulting companies; product-company-only backgrounds are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise data platforms.

• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing data and cloud architectures.

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

• Define data integration, ingestion, transformation, governance, and consumption strategies.

• Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural governance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams.

• Provide technical leadership and ensure architectural standards across delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience as a Solution Architect / Data Solution Architect / Enterprise Data Architect.

• Mandatory: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.

• Strong Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences domain experience.

• Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and cloud solutions.

• Strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, ETL/ELT, SQL, data warehousing, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Experience with Azure data/cloud technologies preferred.

• Strong experience with architecture governance, data security, data quality, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CarePath / CarePath 2.0 or similar healthcare data platforms.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, OneLake, Delta Lake.

• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).

• Experience with master data management and metadata management.
