- Collect all telecom devices inventory
- Document all physical locations, wiring, routing, cabling of phone and Telco devices around the campuscampus
- Assist in fixing of legacy phones & legacy analog devices situated within the campus
- Assist in telecom transformation project of moving from Cisco to MS Teams telephony. This includes handling, placement, and connecting new devices. Follow instructions for configuring new phones.handling, placement, connecting new devices. Follow instructions for configuring new phones.
- Assist in troubleshooting any phone related issues.
- Liaise with different stake holders, users, central teams, Telco providers related to telecom activity
- Telecom wiring knowledge.
- Basic telephony knowledge and skills are essential.
