Are you a seasoned CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving? We are currently seeking a Permanent Senior CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our production line.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior CNC Programmer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programs to control machining or processing of metal or plastic parts on automatic machine tools, equipment, or machine centers.
2. Collaborating with design engineers and machinists to create and modify custom parts to fit unique client specifications.
3. Utilizing AutoCAD software to design and implement programming changes, ensuring the highest level of precision and accuracy.
4. Conducting regular machine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
6. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality, efficiency, and safety.
7. Training and mentoring junior CNC programmers and operators, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
8. Ensuring strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software, with a strong understanding of machine shop mathematics, including geometry and trigonometry.
3. Extensive knowledge of CNC programming languages, machine tooling, and operation procedures.
4. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
5. Proven problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
8. A degree or certificate in CNC programming, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
