- Triage & Resolve support tickets as per the defined Service Level agreement
- Works on critical application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls.
- Tickets Resolution - Proactively identifying and managing issue resolutions / documenting and provide follow-up on the resolution process with requestor
- Involve in Application Availability & performance monitoring
- Develop scripts and automation tools to better detect and correct application issues
- Develop monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively detect application issues
Technical Skills
(Required)
2-4 years of Application/Production Support experience for cloud-based applications
Azure App Services
SQL + Snowflake experience for querying, reporting, and data triage
API troubleshooting across microservices and integration layers
Python or scripting language for automation and diagnostics
SRE skills for improving application availability, observability, and performance
Experience in data operations or data engineering (pipelines, quality, ingestion, data triage)
Monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Grafana, Thousand Eyes, CloudWatch
Defect triaging across application, API, and data pipelines
Familiarity with ADO pipelines or Jenkins CI/CD

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
