- Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories
- Ability to align business requirements with Salesforce solutions
- Backlog grooming & prioritization expertise
- Highly proactive and capable of removing blockers quickly
- Strong participation in meetings; clearly represents product vision and priorities
- Dependable, highly available, and responsive
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for requirements tracking
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain an organized, prioritized product backlog aligned to business objectives.
- Represent and communicate the product vision across all teams and meetings.
- Provide rapid clarifications to ensure development teams are never blocked.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices.
- Participate reliably in Agile ceremonies, cross-functional meetings, and collaborative discussions.
- Monitor story progress, identify risks, and proactively remove obstacles.
- Track and manage work items in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Ensure clear documentation and timely follow-up on all requirements.
- Champion product ownership principles, quality, and accountability.
