Manual Tester Engineer/W2 ONLY/ Local Only/ B2C Digital (Mobile App & Web /End-to-End Testing)

We are looking for an experienced B2C Digital QA Engineer with strong expertise in end-to-end testing of mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, seamless customer experiences across digital channels in an agile, fast-paced environment.

This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, customer-focused digital solutions.

• Perform end-to-end functional testing for B2C mobile apps and web applications

• Validate complete customer journeys including onboarding, authentication, checkout, payments, promotions, and account management

• Execute regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing for frequent releases

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in rapid release cycles

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Support release validation and production verification

• Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and testing efficiency

• 7+ years of experience in B2C digital QA testing (mobile and web)

• Strong expertise in end-to-end testing methodologies

• Hands-on experience testing native mobile apps (iOS & Android) and responsive web applications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Solid understanding of customer experience flows and digital commerce journeys

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing environments

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• API testing experience using Postman or similar tools

• Knowledge of performance and load testing

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

• Background in Retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing digital platforms
