Job Description
Epic HIM & Identity Analyst
Onsite (Hartford, CT, OR Minneapolis, MN) locals only
Long term Contract
We are seeking a Certified Epic HIM Analyst to manage Release of Information (ROI) and Identity modules. This role balances "Keep the Lights On" (KTLO) support with high-impact optimizations and special projects to ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support: Manage build, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance for ROI and Identity.
- MPI Integrity: Resolve potential duplicates, overlaps, and overlays in the Master Patient Index.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline record disclosure processes and refine patient-matching logic.
- Compliance: Ensure workflows meet Cures Act and HIPAA standards.
- Cross-Functional Lead: Serve as the SME for HIM integration with Prelude and Clinical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Certifications: Current Epic Certification in HIM Release of Information AND Identity.
- Experience: 3+ years of Epic build/analysis experience.
Technical Skills :
Deep understanding of Deterministic/Probabilistic matching and ROI requester/fee schedule configuration
