Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant to support a variety of Workday initiatives over an approximately six-month engagement. The consultant will work alongside the existing team on a combination of projects, enhancements, configuration, and functional support.Workday Time Tracking/Timekeeping is the highest-priority area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and enhancing Workday Time Tracking. Broader experience across additional Workday HCM modules is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workday Time Tracking/Timekeeping, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Assist with Workday configuration and functional initiatives across multiple modules.
• Partner with the existing Workday/HRIS team to identify requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and configuration issues and recommend improvements.
• Support a combination of project work, enhancements, and ongoing Workday needs.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of Workday changes.

Desired Workday Experience

Strong experience with Workday Time Tracking/Timekeeping is the primary need, along with experience in several of the following:

• Workday Performance
• Workday Compensation
• Workday Absence
• Workday Recruiting
• Workday Configuration
• Workday Security

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Workday Time Tracking/Timekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on configuration experience preferred; strong functional knowledge will also be considered.
• Workday implementation/project experience highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively alongside an established Workday/HRIS team.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple Workday functional areas.
