  • In lieu of education, 9 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting complex workflows, applications, and data solutions.
  • Ability to consult with business teams to understand requirements, lead technical discussions, and translate needs into effective solutions.
  • A positive, collaborative approach that fosters teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and strong working relationships.

What We Prefer:
  • Advanced expertise designing and developing complex Power Automate flows for document management, routing, and approval processes.
  • Experience building user-focused Power Apps that integrate with automated workflows and data sources.
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, lists/libraries, and permissions models.
  • Experience working with State DOTs or other public-sector agencies.
