Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with strong expertise in LAN/WAN
technologies (70%) and working knowledge of Enterprise Voice technologies (30%).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, configuring, and
maintaining enterprise network infrastructure while assisting with voice and
collaboration services.
This role requires hands-on experience with enterprise routing, switching, and WAN
technologies, along with expertise in Cisco Unified Communications and AudioCodes
voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities
LAN/WAN (70%)
 Configure, implement, and support Cisco enterprise routing and switching
infrastructure.
 Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and Internet connectivity issues.
 Administer VLANs, STP, EtherChannel/LACP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, EIGRP, and
BGP.
 Support SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet circuits, and branch connectivity.
 Configure and maintain Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and ISR/ASR platforms.
 Monitor network health and proactively resolve performance issues.
 Support firewall connectivity and network segmentation.
 Perform network upgrades, firmware updates, and maintenance activities.
 Execute network changes following change management procedures.
 Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration backups.
 Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams during incident resolution.
Voice & Collaboration (30%)

 Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
 Configure and troubleshoot AudioCodes Voice Gateways, Session Border
Controllers (SBCs), and SIP infrastructure (Mandatory).
 Support Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Jabber, SIP trunks, dial plans, and voice
gateways.
 Support Cisco Unity Connection voicemail services.
 Perform Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACD) for voice users.
 Troubleshoot call quality issues related to QoS, latency, jitter, and packet loss.
 Support PSTN connectivity and telecom carrier integrations.
 Coordinate with telecom providers during voice incidents and circuit outages.
 Support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing (preferred).
