Analytics & Automation Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an Analytics & Automation Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analytics & Business Insight:
* Partner with G&A and FP&A leaders across workforce planning, contractor spend, organizational structure, and non-people operating expenses
* Build clear, decision-ready analyses to support budget planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc leadership asks
* Translate complex financial and operational data into concise insights for senior leaders

AI & Automation Enablement:
* Actively leverage AI-assisted analytics and automation tools to reduce manual effort and accelerate insight generation
* Automate recurring analyses, forecasts, and reporting processes wherever possible
* Use advanced Excel, Power BI, scripting, and AI copilots to streamline workflows and improve accuracy
* Apply predictive and pattern-based thinking to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
* Continuously explore and test new tools and approaches that improve productivity and analytical impact

Reporting & Visualization:
* Support executive-level reporting and dashboards, with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and speed
* Help evolve Power BI and self-service analytics capabilities to better serve leadership needs
* Ensure insights are communicated clearly, without over-engineering or unnecessary complexity

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in analytics, FP&A, finance, consulting, or a related analytical role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems
* Experience using modern analytics tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, or similar platforms
* Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new tools quickly

Preferred Experience:
* Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or analytics copilots
* Experience automating analyses or improving workflows through technology
* Familiarity with forecasting, workforce modeling, or G&A financial analysis
* Experience working in fast-moving, evolving business environments
* Strong communication skills and executive presence

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
