Director of Marketing & Sales – Hospitality (F&B Growth Lead)

About Us
We are a growing multi-brand food & beverage group in the DFW area operating dessert cafés, restaurants, coffee concepts, and catering/event services. Our brands include high-traffic retail locations and event-driven venues.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Sales leader who can drive measurable revenue growth — not just social media activity.
Role Overview
This role owns end-to-end growth strategy and execution, including local marketing, catering sales, event bookings, partnerships, and brand visibility.
You will be responsible for increasing:
Foot traffic
Catering revenue
Event bookings
Corporate partnerships
Repeat customer rates
This is a leadership role reporting directly to ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth
Develop and execute local store marketing strategies
Build and manage a structured monthly promotional calendar
Oversee Google Business, Yelp, and online reputation management
Manage influencer partnerships and community marketing campaigns
Coordinate with creative/design teams for content and advertising
Run and optimize Meta and Google Ads with ROI tracking
Sales & Business Development
Build and grow catering sales (corporate, schools, apartments, offices)
Drive birthday parties, private events, and group bookings
Establish B2B partnerships and local collaborations
Manage a structured sales pipeline and CRM
Personally close high-value catering and event deals
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs including catering revenue, event bookings, CAC, and repeat customers
Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports
Adjust campaigns based on data and store-level performance
Qualifications
7–10 years of marketing and/or sales experience in:
Restaurant groups
QSR or café brands
Hospitality or event-driven businesses
Proven success driving local market growth
Experience building catering or B2B sales channels
Strong understanding of hospitality P&L and unit economics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Data-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Comfortable working directly with ownership
Preferred
DFW market knowledge
Multi-location brand experience
Experience in startup or growth-stage businesses
