Role: Account Service Management

Location: Remote

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactive, well organized, goal oriented, flexible, and self-driven mindset
  • Clear focus on learning and building deep knowledge of the Digital Payments product suite, with focus on the products used by assigned client portfolio
  • Fundamental understanding of operational requirements and unique goals of assigned client portfolio, ensuring quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services
  • Managing and developing operational relationships for assigned client portfolio, taking primary ownership of client satisfaction within service delivery
  • Serving as primary contact to internal resources within the organization as it relates to client operational issues; specifically partnering with Account Executives on account planning
  • Preparing and delivering of operational account reviews, performance reporting, and service-level agreement reporting related to service delivery and key performance indicators
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving/participating in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction, including occasional travel to on-site meetings
  • Leading post-implementation onboarding of support transition and setting ongoing support expectations
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements between and assigned client portfolio, including but not limited to cost saving initiatives
  • Working assigned cases/inquiries/incidents and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation in an organized manner
  • Ensuring that operational teams and matrix teams (subcontractors) maintain a clear understanding of client needs by providing day-to-day client advice and support
  • Participating in an on-call rotation with peer group to support production incidents

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • Education Bachelor s degree
    • Proficient in Microsoft product suite
  • Proficient in presentation building and delivery
  • Account management experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Self-sufficient and motivated to learn independently
  • Aptitude for technology and analysis tools
  • Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • 5+ years of B2B support experience
  • Financial services industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of banking industry and bank operations, including ACH transaction flow
