Job Title: UI/UX Engineer / Designer

Location: Irving, TX (On-Site)

Duration: 9 Months

Job/Role Description:


  • This role is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable user experiences while implementing high-quality, reusable front-end components.
  • This position focuses on creating user-centered designs in Figma and translating those designs into production-ready code using modern React development practices.
  • The role partners closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-impact user interfaces across web applications.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Apply UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and design thinking principles
  • Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and data
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries
  • Implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Translate Figma designs into reusable React components with pixel-perfect accuracy
  • Integrate UI components with APIs and back-end services
  • Ensure performance, maintainability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, and engineering teams
  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
  • Advocate for excellent user experience and usability throughout the development lifecycle


Required Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a hybrid UI/UX Engineer role
  • Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping
  • Hands-on experience developing applications using React
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS (or SCSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience with modern front-end workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component libraries
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex design requirements into clean, reusable, and scalable code
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical
    stakeholders
  • Proven ability to iterate designs based on user research and feedback
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency and pixel-perfect implementation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
