We are seeking an experienced Director, Data Management to lead enterprise-wide data warehousing, data governance, and AI-driven data initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role requiring both strong technical expertise and proven people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise data warehouse architecture, modernization, and governance initiatives

• Drive AWS Redshift and Informatica-based data platform solutions

• Establish and manage Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Metadata Management programs

• Lead AI-driven data initiatives and responsible AI governance practices

• Oversee large-scale ETL/ELT frameworks, real-time data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures

• Partner with executive leadership, compliance, risk, and technology teams

• Mentor and lead high-performing data engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or Analytics Platforms

5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise data teams

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and Informatica IDMC

Expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Metadata Management

Strong SQL optimization and cloud ETL/ELT architecture experience

Python scripting experience

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub

Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills

AI literacy and experience leveraging AI technologies effectively

Knowledge of data security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred:

• Financial Services / FinTech experience

• Azure Data Engineer or related cloud certifications

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client''''''''''''''''s assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $100 - $110 per hour on W2.
