As a Lab Tech Sr., you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting innovative scientific projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Prepare materials and operate molecular lab instruments in both wet (reagents) and non-wet (water) environments.
- Create detailed test execution reports on instrument operation and performance.
- Perform ad hoc and scripted testing to analyze how configuration changes impact instrument functionality.
- Conduct routine user maintenance on laboratory instruments following established procedures.

- Experience working in a laboratory environment, particularly with molecular instruments.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety and maintenance protocols.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
