Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Reports Developer (Power BI)
Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week in Edison, NJ
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks
Job Summary

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Reports Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE), Power BI, and the Power Apps platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM data to support business decision-making.

Required Skills

  • 10 years IT/5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules
  • Experience integrating CRM data with Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools
  • Strong experience developing reports using Power BI
  • Experience with Dataverse, SQL Server and/or FetchXML
  • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong SQL development and data modeling skills
  • Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service
  • Experience with SSRS (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 CRM data.
  • Develop reusable datasets, semantic models, and KPI dashboards.
  • Create reports using Dataverse, SQL Server, FetchXML, and OData.
  • Analyse business reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Optimise report performance and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Build Power Apps and automate reporting workflows using Power Automate.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security within reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users, CRM developers, and stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
  • Support report deployments, enhancements, and production issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst)
  • Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory
  • Knowledge of Power BI Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance
