Summary

Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a qualified IT Project Manager to lead and support enterprise-level technology initiatives. The role involves managing system transformation projects, aligning business and technical strategies, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of information system transformation projects.
  • Provide strategic direction for IT initiatives and enterprise implementations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams to define business and technical requirements.
  • Manage large-scale, complex enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development teams and external vendors.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Mentor internal team members on project management practices and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing IT projects and delivering technology solutions successfully.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience applying project governance and best practices.
  • PMP certification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Ability to define and align business and technical requirements.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working on large-scale system modernization initiatives.
  • Domain knowledge in government or social service systems (optional but beneficial).
