Summary

Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a qualified IT Project Manager to lead and support enterprise-level technology initiatives. The role involves managing system transformation projects, aligning business and technical strategies, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of information system transformation projects.
Provide strategic direction for IT initiatives and enterprise implementations.
Collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams to define business and technical requirements.
Manage large-scale, complex enterprise projects as well as smaller initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development teams and external vendors.
Establish and maintain project governance, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Mentor internal team members on project management practices and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience managing IT projects and delivering technology solutions successfully.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, etc.).
Experience applying project governance and best practices.
PMP certification or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Ability to define and align business and technical requirements.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working on large-scale system modernization initiatives.
Domain knowledge in government or social service systems (optional but beneficial).
