Genesis10 is currently seeking an Internal Cloud Product Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for Internal Cloud Platform services and capabilities. The ideal candidate will balance business demand, platform strategy, and engineering capacity to maximize platform value by owning product decisions, prioritization tradeoffs, and roadmap communication.
Responsibilities: - Define the vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for Internal Cloud Platform services
- Balance business demand, platform strategy, engineering capacity, and security requirements
- Own product decisions, prioritization tradeoffs, and roadmap communication
- Perform backlog grooming and roadmap planning
- Manage stakeholder alignment and requirements definition
- Coordinate delivery milestones with governance, release, and change processes
Requirements: - 4-5 years of experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs for infrastructure, cloud platforms, or platform services
- Strong understanding of cloud operating models, virtualization platforms, and internal service consumption
- Hands on experience using Jira, Agile practices, and roadmap planning tools
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize competing demands, and make trade offs
Desired skills: - CSPO, SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner certification
- 5-7+ years experience managing shared platform or infrastructure products
- Experience with platform governance, demand management, and funding models
- Exposure to internal cloud, developer platforms, or enterprise PaaS offerings
Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 per hour
