Job Description :
Implement and configure ServiceNow Certificate Management to help organizations Client, track, and manage digital certificates throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure certificate discovery, inventory, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Set up expiration alerts, renewal processes, and dashboards.
  • Integrate with certificate authorities and internal systems.
  • Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years ServiceNow architecture/solutioning experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Certificate Management.
  • Knowledge of digital certificates, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, integrations, and scripting.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
