Contract Length: 12+ Months

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for solutions built on the Regrello platform. This role will focus on creating seamless workflow experiences, improving usability across complex business processes, and driving user adoption through thoughtful interface design and user research.

The UX/UI Designer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to transform operational requirements into intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate has experience designing enterprise SaaS applications, workflow-based systems, and process automation platforms.

Regrello is an AI-native workflow orchestration platform that helps organizations coordinate people, processes, systems, and documents across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design
  • Design intuitive user experiences for workflow orchestration and process automation solutions.
  • Create user-centered designs based on business goals, stakeholder needs, and user feedback.
  • Simplify complex workflows and enterprise processes into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction models.
  • Ensure consistency across all Regrello-based solutions and applications.

User Research
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and user discovery sessions.
  • Perform usability testing and gather user feedback.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and workflow analyses.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.

UI Design
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Design dashboards, forms, task management interfaces, workflow visualizations, and reporting experiences.
  • Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.
  • Maintain consistency with enterprise branding and design systems.

Workflow Experience Design

  • Ensure visual consistency across projects and releases.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Support user acceptance testing and design validation efforts.
  • Review implemented designs for accuracy and quality.

Accessibility & Usability
  • Ensure solutions meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Incorporate inclusive design principles.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability assessments.
  • Advocate for user experience best practices across the organization.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.
  • Experience designing enterprise software or SaaS applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience supporting Agile product development teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
