Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager with 3–4 years of experience to define, execute, and deliver impactful product features. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build customer-focused solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage features or product modules while contributing to the overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own specific product features or modules end-to-end.

• Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize backlog based on impact, business value, and feasibility.

Discovery & Strategy Support

• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis.

• Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable product features.

• Contribute to roadmap planning and feature prioritization.

Execution & Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Lead sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions for your product area.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Data & Metrics

• Define KPIs and track product performance (adoption, engagement, retention).

• Use analytics tools to measure impact and optimize features.

• Run experiments (A/B tests) to validate product hypotheses.

Stakeholder Communication

• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

• Present updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–4 years of experience in product management or related roles.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

• Experience writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and prioritization frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [Industry: SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, AI].

• Familiarity with technical concepts, APIs, and integrations.

• Knowledge of user experience (UX) and design principles.

• MBA or advanced degree (optional).
