Business Integration Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Integration Lead in Hoboken, NJ.

Summary:
The Business Integration Lead ensures smooth coordination across business teams, technology groups, and external partners to support complex, multi-system programs. This role oversees cross-functional alignment, manages dependencies, and drives delivery of integrated solutions across legacy and modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the enterprise integration catalog, documenting cross-system interfaces, data flows, and business mappings
* Lead integration planning to identify impacted systems, owners, and processes; align sequencing with program milestones
* Manage a comprehensive dependency tracker and provide visibility into integration readiness and risks
* Facilitate working sessions to resolve integration issues, clarify data ownership, and align end-to-end processes
* Identify and escalate integration risks with recommended mitigation strategies
* Coordinate with vendors to manage integration timelines, SLAs, and third-party dependencies
* Lead integration testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements
* Establish integration standards, protocols, and best practices across workstreams
* Define and track integration KPIs to support continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
