Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. This role will be responsible for overseeing system architecture, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the platform effectively supports business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, ERP implementation, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Manage a team of functional consultants, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration activities.
• Ensure best practices in ERP governance, security, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation within finance, supply chain, and operational workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination for ERP initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and integrations.
• Support system upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing modules in D365 F&O.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong team leadership and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise or multi-location environments.
