Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. This role will be responsible for overseeing system architecture, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the platform effectively supports business processes across finance, supply chain, and operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, ERP implementation, stakeholder management, and team leadership, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Manage a team of functional consultants, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration activities.
- Ensure best practices in ERP governance, security, and compliance.
- Drive process improvements and automation within finance, supply chain, and operational workflows.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination for ERP initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and integrations.
- Support system upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, including Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing modules in D365 F&O.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong team leadership and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-location environments.
