Strategic Oversight: Direct the full engineering lifecycle-from conceptual design to decommissioning-across diverse physical and virtualized server ecosystems.

Operational Governance: Mandate rigorous standards for system stability and security, ensuring all administrative and support functions align with industry benchmarks.

Roadmap Execution: Architect long-term technology strategies that synchronize project delivery with team professional development and production sustainability.

Stakeholder Synergy: Partner with executive leadership and audit bodies to enforce strict governance, risk management, and policy compliance.

Human Capital: Mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and transparent communication.

qualifications:

Academic Foundation: Bachelor's degree in CS or a related STEM field.

Industry Tenure: 5+ years of hands-on experience scaling and maintaining robust infrastructure.

System Mastery: Expert-level UNIX/Linux administration with a focus on Solaris, scripting, and full-stack hardware/OS optimization.

Operational Excellence: Adept at implementing secure operations, rigorous system patching, and automated delivery workflows.

Strategic Oversight: Experienced in leading the lifecycle of mission-critical applications and large-scale system deployments.
