Job Title: PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Financial Aid Analyst (Title IV)

Role Summary
Title IV financial aid expertise with hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience. The role supports the configuration, processing, and compliance of financial aid programs within the PeopleSoft Financial Aid module.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
    Support and maintain the PeopleSoft Financial Aid module within Campus Solutions
    Administer and process Title IV aid (Pell, Direct Loans, campus-based programs) in line with federal regulations
    Support award packaging, disbursement, verification, and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) processes
    Assist with aid year setup, regulatory updates, and annual rollover activities
    Troubleshoot financial aid processing issues and work with Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Financials teams
    Support reconciliation, reporting, and audit readiness for Title IV compliance
    Document processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
 
Required Qualifications
 
    Strong Financial Aid experience, specifically Title IV
    Hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience
    Experience with the PeopleSoft Financial Aid module
    Strong understanding of Title IV regulations, processes, and financial aid operations
    Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
    Combined Financial Aid + PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience
    Higher education or public university experience
    Experience supporting audits and federal/state compliance reporting
