Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze, document, and improve clinical and operational workflows and translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements and solution specifications.
- Support healthcare system implementations, configurations, migrations, testing, validation, cutover, go-live readiness, and post-implementation activities.
- Coordinate with clinical, technical, vendor, and integration teams to investigate issues, validate interfaces, and support resolution of system and data-flow problems.
- Provide project coordination, stakeholder facilitation, documentation, training, status reporting, and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of healthcare IT experience supporting clinical, operational, laboratory, EHR/LIS, business analysis, implementation, testing, or PMO activities.
