Certification: The candidate must hold a Salesforce Certified Architect certification. This is mandatory.

About the Role:
The consultant will develop applications for the client's application modernization project on the Salesforce platform. They will guide development teams through the full SDLC, set technical standards, and design large-scale, multi-level system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assistance to development teams across the full SDLC
• Work with other Technical Architects to build a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment for OMH applications
• Develop applications on the Salesforce platform
• Write Oracle scripts: tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures and packages; convert and migrate data
• Work with and code applications that access Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Mentor state and consultant developers on debugging, troubleshooting, security, deployment and architecture
• Manage source code in GitLab and advise on Git best practices
• Diagnose production issues raised through ITSM and join bridge calls for critical issues
• Troubleshoot report rules, calculations and data issues in Crystal Reports
• Take part in multi-agency technical meetings and coordinate releases and changes with the ITS team

Mandatory Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall experience
• 7+ years as an Architect on the Salesforce platform
• 7+ years designing and consuming custom REST and SOAP web services
• 7+ years implementing secure connections using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Named Credentials and SSO
• 7+ years with Apex (classes, triggers, controllers), LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
• 7+ years with Flow Builder (record-triggered, screen, autolaunched), validation rules, custom objects and the Salesforce security model (OWDs, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets)
• 5+ years with Git/GitHub, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, SFDX, CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins), scratch orgs and sandboxes
• 3+ years with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica
• 2+ years integrating AI, prompt engineering and unified data profiles into custom development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
• Any Salesforce Certified Architect certification
