We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to join our growing Data & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Platform Development (50%)
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines within Microsoft Azure.
Build and optimize data ingestion processes using Azure Data Factory.
Develop transformation workflows using Databricks and Spark notebooks.
Create and maintain data models and transformation logic to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
Manage data integration processes between Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
Monitor and support production data pipelines, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
Implement infrastructure and platform enhancements using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and scalability across the analytics ecosystem.
Business Analytics & Stakeholder Engagement (50%)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand key objectives and analytical requirements.
Participate in discussions to identify business opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
Help define analytical approaches and recommend data-driven solutions.
Analyze customer, operational, and market data to support strategic initiatives.
Translate complex business questions into actionable data solutions and recommendations.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced reporting capabilities.
Key Initiatives
Support the migration of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) workloads to Microsoft Fabric.
Enhance and optimize the organization's Azure-based data platform.
Develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions for business users.
Drive adoption of data governance, platform standards, and best practices.
Partner with IT and business teams on enhancements, integrations, and analytics projects.
Platform Governance & Security
Maintain and enforce enterprise data platform standards and best practices.
Support Azure security policy remediation and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement security and operational improvements through Terraform.
Contribute to platform governance and architecture discussions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data architectures.

Experience migrating reporting and analytics platforms to Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of enterprise data governance and security best practices.
Experience supporting business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
