Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Intune Modern Device Management Consultant to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for enterprise endpoint management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Modern Device Management (MDM), Windows ecosystem technologies, and cloud-based endpoint solutions.

• Provide technical direction to project teams and participate in project planning sessions with clients and IT leadership
• Evaluate multiple technical solutions and recommend optimal approaches for complex challenges

• Design and implement modern authentication solutions
• Develop automation scripts and leverage third-party tools for endpoint management
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Graph API
• Develop and execute application, patching, and update deployment strategies
• Provide engineering support for disk encryption, antivirus, and anti-malware solutions
• Define roadmap and strategy for end-user computing environments
• Maintain documentation for systems, tools, configurations, and processes
• Ensure adherence to change and incident management processes
• Act as escalation point for complex end-user issues
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Modern Device Management (MDM) technologies in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, GPO to CSP migration, and Windows 365 Cloud PC
• 5+ years of experience in a senior or lead engineering role
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7/10/11), including registry, file system, services, and security
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD (Hybrid environments)
• Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript, WMI)
• Strong experience with BitLocker and endpoint security technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and custom reporting
• Knowledge of browser management and endpoint configuration
• Strong understanding of end-user hardware and enterprise device ecosystems
• Proven ability to design scalable and future-ready technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migrations
• Exposure to automation frameworks and modern DevOps practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
