Role Description: The SAP Change Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing organizational change management activities for SAP initiatives (ECC, S4HANA, SAP WMMMSD, Ariba, EWM, BW, etc.). This role ensures business readiness, stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and minimal disruption during SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformations.
Essential Skills
8-12 years overall experience with 5 years in SAP Change OCM roles.
Hands on experience in SAP S4HANA or ECC implementations upgrades.
SAP Analytics Cloud
Change Management
SAP WM, MM, SD EWM, Ariba BW program usage.
Experience working in large enterprise or retail supply chain environments.
Core Skills
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
SAP Release Change Management.
Stakeholder executive communication.
Business readiness adoption planning, UAT, training, and go live support.
Agile Waterfall Hybrid delivery models, tools and methodologies.
SAP Solution Manager (preferred).
Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Prosci ADKAR or similar OCM frameworks (preferred).
Soft Skills
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work with Director VP level stakeholders.
Proven experience handling resistance and complex change scenarios.
Comfortable working in fast paced, multi-vendor SAP programs.
Nice to Have
Prosci Change Management certification.
PMP SAFe Agile certifications.
Retail, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domain experience.
