Job#: 3034739 Job Description: AI Automation Analyst (Digital Employee Engineer)Seeking an AI-native operator/engineer to design, build, and run "digital employees" that automate low-value, repetitive work across confirmation, settlement, static data, reconciliations, and break management-improving STP, accuracy, and cycle times
Key Responsibilities- Identify automation opportunities by mapping workflows, control points, and exception paths; quantify benefits (STP, break reduction, cycle time).
- Build AI-assisted automations for confirmations/settlements, static data setup/maintenance, and break classification/triage.
- Integrate via APIs/messaging/files; implement robust validation, monitoring, logging, and audit trails with maker/checker and human-in-the-loop where needed.
- Operate and iterate using KPIs (STP %, break rates, MTTR, accuracy) to drive continuous improvement and resilience.
- Partner with Operations SMEs, Technology, Risk/Compliance to ensure secure, compliant deployments and strong release/change practices.
Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on skills: Python, APIs, SQL, workflow orchestration
- AI/automation: agent-based automation, prompt/policy design, classification/categorization, retrieval-augmented workflows, evaluation.
- Domain: trade lifecycle, exception management, control frameworks (maker/checker, audit trails, evidence capture, data quality).
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication; end-to-end ownership.
Success Metrics- Higher STP and volume automated; fewer breaks and faster resolution; accuracy/precision gains; robust audit evidence and timely escalations.
