Location: Morgan Hill, California
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 12+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Proven experience in PLM implementations, upgrades, or data migration projects (FlexPLM strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, ETL processes, data mapping, and validation techniques.
- Expertise in project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
- Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
