Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator (HAM & SAM Modules)

Job Description:

We are hiring a ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering ServiceNow ITAM solutions, improving asset management processes, and ensuring governance and compliance.

Location: Charleston, WV or Columbus, OH
Employment Type: W2 Only no C2C/1099

Must have

ServiceNow ITAM Certifications (HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITAM Fundamentals).

Required Skills:

4–7 years of experience in IT Asset Management, ServiceNow Administration, or related IT Operations.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) modules.
Strong understanding of IT hardware and software lifecycle management.
Experience with IT Asset Governance, Compliance, and Data Management.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of CMDB and IT Asset Management best practices.

Preferred Skills:

ServiceNow ITAM Certifications (HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITAM Fundamentals).
Experience with ServiceNow workflow design, automation, and integrations.
Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other endpoint management tools.
Understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.).
Experience supporting software audits, vendor compliance, and IT governance programs.
Background in procurement, vendor management, or financial analysis related to IT assets.
