Your New Role
Based in Auburn, WA, you will:
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform accurate troubleshooting using wiring diagrams and diagnostic tools
Provide reliable, professional service to homeowners
Support and mentor less experienced technicians as needed
Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures on every job

Minimum of 4 years of HVAC field experience
Active Washington 068 license
EPA certification
Seattle refrigeration license preferred
Valid driver\'s license
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong understanding of HVAC diagnostics and electrical systems
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform physical work required in the field
Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
Must be able to meet company hiring requirements, consistent with applicable laws
