Job Details

CompQsoft is seeking a Business Objects Developer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at Herndon, VA for the DOS program.

Job Description:
Bachelor s Degree in a related field and 6-8 years of experience or Master s Degree and 4-6 years of experience.
At least 5 years of SAP BusinessObjects 4.x software and components
Must have experience in SAP BO User and Group management and overall Security.
Data Access tool experience -BO upgrade to 4.x.
Familiarity with ETL tool such as Data Services promotion and migration
Strong understanding of business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
Experience eliciting and documenting functional, technical and performance requirements.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas to audiences with varied technical backgrounds.
Experience crafting and coordinating official correspondence.
Ability to analyze business cases, extract requirements and understand business needs.
Excellent administrative/organizational abilities.
Must have a current, active Top Secret (or higher) clearance. Interim clearance acceptable.

Preferred Qualifications:
Develop and maintain Java SDK-based solutions for SAP BusinessObjects, including custom applications, extensions, and integrations with other systems.
Experience researching new technology for inclusion/use on customer programs.
Prior work experience in a fast-paced, government environment.
Experience using SAP Business Objects tools such as Web Intelligence.
Proficient with data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL queries.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clearance: Active Top Secret.
