Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce Voice, and AI-powered contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Genesys Contact Center integrations (CTI, IVR, call routing) and expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce Einstein AI. The role involves designing and implementing AI-driven voice features, intelligent agent assist solutions, and Salesforce contact center integrations.


Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud)

  • Experience with Agentforce Voice deployment

  • Strong Genesys CTI / IVR / Call Routing integration experience

  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce Einstein AI

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations (MuleSoft preferred)

  • Knowledge of Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, and Entitlements
