Our UiPath-aligned Automation & AI business is scaling fast. We re expanding our GTM team to bring in sharp hunters who can open new accounts, build credibility with business and IT leaders, and turn automation vision into tangible outcomes.
The Role
This is a pure enterprise hunting role focused on driving new business for Genzeon s UiPath and agentic-AI-led services.
You ll sell solution-led automation programs not licenses or staff augmentation built on UiPath s Business Automation Platform, including IXP, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
You ll work with UiPath field teams, Genzeon s solution architects, and delivery experts to create automation and AI success stories across the healthcare spectrum.
What You ll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new automation and AI opportunities across payer, provider, PBM, and health-tech clients.
- Lead full sales cycles from discovery and scoping to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Position UiPath-driven vertical solutions such as Prior Authorization, Claims Triage, Provider Operations, and Patient Access.
- Build strong partnerships with UiPath account executives and alliance teams to co-sell and convert shared pipeline.
- Collaborate with presales and delivery to shape pragmatic, outcome-oriented automation programs.
- Maintain clean CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
- Represent Genzeon at UiPath events and industry forums to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
What You Bring
- 5 8 years of enterprise business development experience in IT services, automation, or digital transformation.
- Proven success selling solution-based services, not just projects or staff augmentation.
- Working knowledge of UiPath platform components RPA, IXP, Document Understanding, AI/ML integration.
- Understanding of healthcare business processes and how automation drives efficiency and compliance.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders business, operations, and technology.
- A self-starter mindset entrepreneurial, resilient, and outcomes-driven.
