Job Role: Project Manager – IT Migration Programs

Location: REMOTE (100%)

Duration: Long term contract

Payrate: $50/hr (W2) and $55/hr (C2C)

• Review and confirm project requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, task dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and conduct regular risk assessments.
• Maintain project documentation, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with dependent teams.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with organizational standards and operational processes.

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably managing large-scale enterprise migration projects.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Project planning and scheduling
• Risk and issue management (RAID logs)
• Project status reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple project dependencies.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience with cloud migration projects involving AWS or Azure.
