Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and direct various projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage significant projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of project life cycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
• Assign tasks and monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks.
• Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project success.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior project leaders in project management methodologies.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing non-IT business applications and projects.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience mentoring or training other project managers.
