Position: TECH Web Modernization Organizational Change Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA / Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Interview Mode: Web Cam or In Person
Experience : 8+ Years

Georgia Tech’s Office of Information Technology is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) contractor to support enterprise web modernization and governance initiatives.

Required Skills:
• 3+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
• Experience supporting web governance or digital modernization initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement and communications
• Training coordination and user adoption support
• Process documentation and operational readiness
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows is a plus
• Prosci/ADKAR certification or coursework preferred

Responsibilities:
• Support OCM activities for web modernization projects
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Coordinate training and readiness activities
• Create job aids, FAQs, presentations, and guidance documentation
• Support governance workflows and operational process improvements
