What You'll Be Doing
As a Structural Staff Engineer, you'll play an active role in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects. You'll prepare construction documents, contribute innovative design solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and gain valuable experience throughout the full project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
0 to 6 years of structural design experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week, paid quarterly
