We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to drive a large-scale, cross-functional web modernization initiative. In this role, you will help prepare, support, and transition distributed website owners, communicators, developers, and business stakeholders for new enterprise web governance standards, accessibility expectations, and intake workflows.

### Key Responsibilities
- Change & Communication: Develop and execute change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality presentations, communication materials, job aids, FAQs, and end-user guidance documentation.
- Adoption & Training: Coordinate training logistics, assess organizational readiness, and track/mitigate adoption barriers.
- Process Documentation: Document and socialize new web governance standards, operational workflows, and intake procedures.

To be successful in this position, your profile should feature the following key skills:
- Core OCM Experience (Required): Minimum of 3 years of professional experience driving technology adoption, stakeholder engagement, and communications in large, complex organizational environments.
- Digital Transformation (Required): Proven experience supporting web governance, digital modernization, website management, or enterprise-level digital transformations.
- OCM Methodologies (Highly Desired): Valid certification or coursework in recognized frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR.
- Modern Tools & Documentation (Preferred): Experience creating knowledge base articles, building operational process documentation, or supporting ServiceNow workflows and intake models.
