Job Title: Category Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned merchandising professional to support a high-impact apparel category during a maternity leave coverage assignment. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive mindset to help guide cross-functional collaboration and keep priorities moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate merchandising activities with a small team while serving as a subject matter expert.
- Partner closely with Product, Planning, and Marketplace teams to align category direction and execution.
- Support apparel merchandising work with a strong focus on kids apparel and the North America marketplace.
- Present ideas and updates clearly using strong communication, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel skills.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience required.
- Leadership and people management experience is required.
- Merchandising experience is required; apparel experience is most desired, and kids apparel experience is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of the North America marketplace is required.
- Strong presentation, communication, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote skills are required.
- Previous industry experience is very desirable.
