Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise Hosting Service Lead - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Lead the development and governance of hosting architecture standards for ARNG environments.
- Formulate and implement resiliency strategies and capacity planning models to enhance hosting capabilities.
- Direct the integration of hosting services with network operations and cybersecurity controls.
- Oversee configuration control governance and drive performance optimization initiatives.
- Develop lifecycle management frameworks to ensure secure and scalable enterprise hosting.
- Advise Government leadership on hosting risk posture and infrastructure sustainability.
- Facilitate modernization planning to reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with DoDIN requirements and disaster recovery architectures.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leading enterprise hosting services within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven expertise in developing hosting architecture standards for diverse infrastructure environments.
- Experience in directing integration efforts with identity platforms and cybersecurity controls.
- Strong ability to advise on strategic technology adoption to maintain mission readiness.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with cloud-connected infrastructure and virtualized platforms.
- Familiarity with DoDIN compliance and disaster recovery planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead modernization efforts and reduce technical debt.
- Experience in advising senior Government leadership on technology strategies.
