REMOTE :: Data Architect with Azure DataBricks & Unity Catalog (UC)

Must be an expert hands-on Azure Data Architect/Lead augmented with GenAI and Project Management skills.
Must have skills - Azure Databricks, Databricks Unity Catalog, Hive Metastore, Azure Platform Administration,
Azure Access Management, Python, PySpark.
Must have technical tools/features evaluation skills.
Must be expert developer and troubleshooter of issues in the specified technologies.
Must have experience in using GenAI and vibe coding tools.
Experience leading Hive Metastore to UC Migration projects is a major advantage.
Should be able to manage numerous communication threads in parallel with technical teams, providing best practices consultancy in the specified technologies.
Must have proper team leadership and management experience.
Must own both technical and management responsibilities including project planning, prioritization and tracking, risk management, status reporting etc.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Must have good documentation skills.
Must have excellent stakeholder management skills, awareness of team organizations and dynamics.
