Sentar is seeking a Information Technology (XT) Task Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD!

**This position is pending contract award.**

Role Description:

Primary Point of Contact (POC) for the Information Technology (XT)directorate. The XT Task Lead / EA Task Lead / Data Task Lead shall provide overall management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in this PWS. The lead shall facilitate Government and Contractor communications, use industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities to allow for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government, and ensure all tasks are accomplished IAW this PWS. The lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes of this PWS, excluding inherently Governmental functions. It is required that the lead has the authority to make decisions for the Contractor's organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments; the authority to commit the prime contractor's organization; and to be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall management and oversight of all contractor personnel and activities.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor teams.
  • Track and document all requirements and activities using industry-best standards for continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of the Contractor's performance in meeting all PWS requirements.
  • Assist the Government with financial and business processes related to the contract.
  • Possess the authority to make binding decisions for the Contractor's organization and proactively alert the Government to potential issues.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI eligible

Education: N/A

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
