Job Title: Data Scientist

Experience: 4–6 Years

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data-driven problem solving. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models, along with the ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models for real-world business problems
Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing on large datasets
Build models for classification, regression, clustering, and predictive analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
Deploy ML models into production and ensure scalability and performance
Work with structured and unstructured data, including text (NLP) and image data (Computer Vision)
Conduct A/B testing and design experiments to validate model performance
Ensure best practices in model monitoring, validation, and retraining
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts
Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
