Must Haves

• Strong experience with Information Architecture (IA), Taxonomy, and Content Strategy


• Experience creating navigation systems, content maps, user flows, and wireframes


• Ability to organize complex digital experiences into intuitive, user-centered structures


• Experience defining content hierarchies, categorization frameworks, and labeling systems


• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills


• Highly collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and organize digital experiences through navigation, taxonomy, and content structure


• Create content maps, user flows, wireframes, and information architecture frameworks


• Partner with UX, Product, and business teams to improve user journeys and content discoverability


• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present recommendations to leadership


• Translate business and user needs into scalable, intuitive digital experiences
